Cook Folk Launches Free Virtual Cookery Advice
** This service is currently unavailable **
Lockdown cooking getting you down? Coming up with something new for supper can be a strain at the best of times but add in the constant demands of a hungry family and the need to use up all those weird and wonderful things that you’ve found in the back of the cupboard and you’d be excused for hitting a complete blank!
Well, help is at hand as Cook Folk have launched a totally free Afternoon Surgery to solve your culinary queries and get your cooking back on track.
The surgery will take place every Monday-Friday from 2-3pm where Cook Folk founder, Louisa Chapman-Andrews, will help you shop your fridge and store cupboard to come up with something delicious for your supper that night.
Just email a picture of your fridge contents or a collection of ingredients you need help with to kitchen @ cookfolk.com (ideally before 12pm) and Louisa will come up with something creative and delicious just for you. Acton locals can also access the Cook Folk Hotline for any on-the-spot kitchen dilemmas: 07796 264734
Louisa would love to see your creations so don’t forget to tag @cookfolk in your posts and use the hashtag #shopyourfridge
